Roushcharger 06 mustang help!!!

So I just got done throwing on a RoushCharger on my stang and after being surprised at how easy the install was, I go to fire up the car and it won't even turn over!!! No clicks, no pops, no nothing besides the dimming of the electrical. I've checked and double checked every single connection on this thing and still nothing. The one thing that does happen every time is when I turn the key to the ON position, my Trip and Odometer show for about 1 1/2 seconds before turning into a bunch of dashes ----- . Then I get a message stating FUEL LEVEL LOW and below that DTE ODO DATE ERR . After another second it shows CHARGING SYSTEM FAILURE. I sent my PCM back to Roush and they claim its flashed correctly. What else could be wrong here??? Is there something I'm missing?? Tell me I'm not alone and someone has seen this that can help me out.

My car needs to run free. Not collect dust as a garage decoration!!

So here's an update, I sent the PCM back to Roush and they swear that they've loaded the correct files on the flash. Fuse #54 (owners manual states PCM Delay) keeps blowing. I replace and as soon as the key gets to the ON position it blows again. Went thru 3 fuses in 2 minutes. Does anyone have a guess at which wire might be causing an overload? All the grounds look ok.
