Where do the red and green vacuum lines go that mount to the intake (elbow adapter for aftermarket intakes)? I followed them in to the fenderwell. Are they for the smog pump?

the green one goes to the egr valve the red one i think goes to the under side of the intake if your talking about the ones on the pass side by the air intake tube

The one thats around a 90* angle goes to the egr, and the other one that's like a 45* angle goes in the bend on the stock intake, but Im not sure where it would go on an aftermarket elbow

I meant the other way around. I know where they go on the intake, but from there were do they lead? Into the fenderwell, then?

Well I found the pic but it doesn't show what they are connecting to. They do go in the fenderwell and there's a couple of small black boxes towards the top of the fenderwell that they plug into. I can probably get a pic this weekend if that would help.

I wonder what that black box is for? I ditched my smog and I currently have a whole root system of vacuum lines that I'm trying to simplify.

My chiltons manual says they're both for the air injection diverter/air injection bypass solenoid. So I guess I can ditch those.
