RPM hanging ??

I drove manual car for 2 years now, and now I just learn how to rev-match when down shift . any way, since the day I start rev-match, my rpm is hanging from 1500 when ever I put on neutral from a roll and some time it keep going back and forwar from 1500rpm to 1000rpm, and when I complete stop it go back down to 800 or so. what is going on ? btw I forgot how to clean IAC, I read somewhere say clean it with carb cleaner and spay in some wd-40 when done.

I just find out why I my rpm is hanging, their is a hose that connect in front of TB, the rubber that have 2 little red hose coming out off it, the rubber part is broke off, any one know where I can just buy the rubber part ? or I have to buy the whole vacum hose line ? thanks

I've had the same problem with my RPM's hanging. Did you get this fixed yet???

No yet, but I found out that my vacum line is broke, so im using duck tape for temporaty fix, im going to ford dealer tomorrow.
