Hey guys,
I was looking over the underbody of the stang recently, around the driverside floorpan, and accidentally pressed against that little rubber plug that has sillicone around it cracking it on the side. Idk if it's just the sillicone that's cracked or the rubber itself. It looks like a plug of somesort so I don't want any chance of water or moisture leaking in.
Should I just pick up some RTV or sillicone and apply a little or replace the plug?

Thanks.

Its really up to you as to what you want to do. Their function is simply to seal the holes in the floor pan, so you can either replace it or attempt to repair it. You probably won't find replacements at a typical auto parts store (I've tried), so the dealer or some online suppliers may carry them. Auto-body specific stores may carry them, too.
