I've always had this problem (code 41 RIGHT SIDE HEGO) I fixd a vaccum leak Purge vaccum) set the tpa and idle. The iab is suspect should top out at 6.5 ohms, mines 11.9. MAF clean, injectors seem ok and the timming at 13* fuel pressure at 35 pounds. So last night I disconnected the right side HEGO and went for a ride the motor pick'd up some. my next experiment is to hook up a volt meter to the HEGO harness and take a ride and see what their doing. I'll post that, I'll need some help. And yes the HEGO's are new.... any ideas are welcome....

K, stock cat could be plugged up a bit, but your fuel pressure with vac off is too low. It should be at 38-40 with vac off. Try that and let me know.

yeah crank that fuel pressure up just a bit, an you should be ok... i assume your having a poping through the intake?? got the same thing going on. With the pressure at 40 with vacuum off i still have a slight problem. think my maf is at fault, but dont want to shell out the bucks for a new one right now.... good luck!!!

I should be running the fuel presure that high? confused, I checked the eec for codes. I also have a 32. EVP has failed below .24 volts. I tried a new evp no luck. I don't know if this code(32) will make the engine run lean. I'll crank up the fuel presure reset the computer and list my findings. Maybe I'll get another volt meter put one on theleft HEGO and one on the right HEGO and take it for a ride any other thoughts you might have will be helpful.

Stock fuel pressure is anywhere between 38-42lbs (usually on the higher end). Experiment with it, but you shouldn't need to run any less than 38lbs.
