Running Electric Fan All the time, Does it Hurt Anything?

It stresses the charging system and prematurely wears out the fan motor.

If you use a controller, you could tap into the feed into the LPCS so anytime the AC is turned on, the fan will run.

I run mine on a toggle switch (isn't ideal but it works just fine) the fan on all the time isn't a good idea, especially if your fan is pushing a decent cfm. Hard on the charging system, hard on the fan, and the motor has a harder time warming up, at least in my case.

I would recommend the DCC Fan Controller. Comes on with the A/C, ramps up slowly so there are no amperage spikes, optional green to red LED that monitors fan usage (lets you know how hard it's working). Even has a jumper to compensate for underdrive pulleys. I love mine !
