I know this dosent happen very often, but i can now say, PROBLEM SOLVED!!!
So after everything done in this thread (from the firing order, dizzy being 180 out, Cats not hooked up, ect), the final piece that cleared up the issue was the ECU. Thanks A MILLION TIMES OVER TO SEIJIROU!!!!
I recieved the A9L ECU a few days ago, and installed it yesterday, after starting it up and letting it idle for a while, there was no smoke! i didnt get a chance to drive it or anything yet as the tabs are expired, i have no insurance on it, and no exhaust on it yet.
But i believe i can say the case is closed on this one, and thanks again to Seijirou
