running rich? smells like gas when cold.

When the car sits overnight or any long period of time it will act as if its loading up on gas, and smells like gas, this just started after I changed the intake gasket, Ive cleaned the MAF, Air temp sensor,changed the injector o- rings and plastic hats, O2 sensors are a year old, BBK regulater is about the same age, so what gives?

Check that, I ran a code check and no codes came up and I glanced at the fuel pressure regulator and of course the vacuum line came off the vac tee. I hate Mondays.
