running too rich need help

i have a 97GT and my check engine light comes on and the code is running too rich. i need to get rid of this to get an inspection. i have a bbk fuel pressure regulator do you think if i adjust that it will help or any other suggestions. my inspection is up as well.

Why do you have the BBK regulator? Does your factory one still work? I would try reverting that back to a stock piece..

Idle fuel psi should be around 35-40, as much as 50 at WOT.

if you are running that Nitrous, I would keep it at running a little rich.

what is the adjuster set at with vacuum line connected?
