The clutch pedal on my 03GT with 400 miles on it, not the pedal it self but the arm of it...is all rusty and the black coating on it is bubbling. Anyone experiance this problem and should i bring it to the dealre and have it replaced or will it happen to them all eventually.

Lots of parts underneath the dashboard, including the brake and clutch pedal arms on the Mustang vehicles rust. If you take a look underneath your dashboard, you will see that the dashboard support beams and the fusebox panel support have rust on them. It's because the metal is bare metal and it oxidizes quickly. That's why you have rust there in these areas. It's normal. Live with it.
