I am up for anything you guys throww together. The Q is running the next 2 Fridays if we want to do that again I finnally got my 89 in to the 7s this past friday. I ran a 7.8 @ 91.2 mph I finally got some traction

Bill, I tried 9lbs of air in the rear tires ( E.T. STREETS ) and a little bit differant launching technique . Those runs camme late in the evening also.

I am assuming you are talking about the Q ( Qualcom ) it is basicly a parking lot that has been set up as an 1/8 mile dragstrip The traction is fair to poor on most Friday nights that they run but we have fun everytime we go out there and the people are preety cool too.

hey allen,
i'm looking at Lightnings (yes, gas prices are now a factor), 2003+ cobras, and if i see a sweet deal on a vette i'd pick that up instead. however if the gas prices continue like this, i'm thinknig i'll get a little beater for a few months and then save up for another toy.
