I am about to have the parts in my sig painted and installed. I am starting to wonder if the aggressive chin spoiler will be to low once i install springs.

Has anyone had problems with clearance of ACS one they lowered their car.

Thanks in Advance

I've got it as you already know. If you're careful it's ok. I'm lowered 3/4'' with Steeda springs and that sucker is 5'' from the ground in the center. I've scraped the bottom without any visual damage. I've had to stay away from speed bumps and certain driveway entrances. I've got some cracked paint and I found a cool front fascia that I might be putting on soon instead of the chin spoiler even though I still like it. That chin spoiler really fits like a glove.

Yeah i heard you on the phone when i was in ricky's office and it has made me reconsider the chin spoiler before i pay to have it painted. I am definetly going to lower the car and I have a steep common driveway that leads to my house. I am begining to think I should not install it.

Thanks for your help Anthony

I just got mine painted this week, I intend to lower mine but will wait and see. I might just try and level it instead.

Yeah, one option would be to lower the rear only. These cars look nice like that.

I installed the CDC agressive spolier on my car a month ago. Here is some things about it:

1. My car is lowered 1.5" with the Prokit. It will scrap over even small dips. You have to go real slow.
2. I had a hard time with the install. It did not and does not fit perfect. I had to file it alot of things down to get it to fit. I think I just got a bad piece, or unless my 06 had the wrong specs.
3. Since I scrap up my spoiler every other day, I use bumper paint to fix it. Its a perfect match.
4. It does look good and with my car lowered, it really evens out the front nicely. The spoiler is very durable, I have scrapped and banged many things with it and it still holds its shape!

I have the Classic chin spoiler installed on my car and after Tein lowering springs, it is about 2 1/2 inches off the ground. Much care needs to be taken when driving over speed bumps, railroad tracks and how and were you park. Want to stay clear of the cement blocks in parking lots. I must say though that the spoiler from Classic Designs fits like a glove. Perfect. I get compliments all the time. If I smashed mine up, I would definitely buy another one in a minute. Completely changes the front end look of the car. Just my 2 cents guys.
