I've seen quite a few threads where people have had to replace their stock alt. I was wondering what brand people have gone with and how they like them, my alt is on it's way to death, and there is no way it can take the new stereo, so I'm replacing it before it leaves me stranded somewhere lol. I'm looking at a MechMan 270 amp alt, but I didn't know what others had gone with and how they liked them. Post any info you guys have!
