S197 wheels rub fender on 67

This happens when making turn at a moderate or higher speed or hit a bump. Will a slight suspension lift fix this or rather complicate handling and thus I should be looking for stiffer springs? Do you experience this too? All the sources I read before doing this seems not to.

edit: taking about stock wheels (17x8" rim, 235x55 tire) with 1.5" spacers.
