Sail Window Gasket Install

I brought my car home from the paint shop. Paint looks great, but the shop
glued the sail window gasket to the sail window frame. I had left the windows
out while the car was being painted and they were to install gaskets and reinstall window.
Problem... the windows are completely installed and pulling them out would
risk scratching or chipping the paint. Has anyone installed the sail window gaskets with rivets or screws while the window was in the car?
Any advice on how to remedy.

Which gasket are you refering to? The one between the rear sail window and the front rollup windows or the gasket that goes along the top track of the window along the roof line?

Sorry! Did not mention that it was a 66 coupe. The front sail (window vents) is the problem area.
