i have seen a saleen somewhere with the windsheild banner done in a different font. i think it was done in shadow or something like that. does anyone know the car i'm talking about? i know its a long shot but its worth a try. i am getting a new one b/c mine needs to be replaced but i wanna do something a little dirrerent.

Can't a local vinyl sign shop make a new one for you? Shouldn't be that expensive.

they can, but i'm looking for one particular font that i saw and i dont know what it is.

Open Microsoft Word, type "SALEEN", click the font button at the top and scroll through them ...

I for one work on computers on a daily basis and have yet to see an " A " with the saleen look.

I'd bet they have an original font.

Verified, i just checked all my fonts and no saleen font.

i think the car was on car domain, but i couldnt find it last night. it was the same saleen font but it looked like it was shadowed. its kinda hard to describe.

I'll try to help you out .... might even be able to come up with something new and unique. I'll play around with the "saleen" banner later when I get back from the dentist.

Is something like this what you are talking about maybe? ...

that should be pretty easy to get one shadowed like it to get that same effect. At our local vinyl shop thatd cost about $10-15

its already ordered. i got some black saleen inserts to go in my rear bumper also. total was $35 shipped, i LOVE ebay
