Saleen rear Bumper problems

I just got a call from the guy installing my Saleen body kit and he says that the rear bumper will be sitting directly on the tailpipes. Has anyone ever encountered this problem?

I was told I may need to go have my pipes bent downward a bit to avoid the metal touching the bumper. Anyone out there got any other suggestions?

I got the kit from Haney Motorsport, they're suppose to be direct from Saleen. There's been two small problems so far, the holes on the side skirts don't line up properly with the holes on the doors. These are the line of rectangular holes that go underneath the doors. But this is a small problem and we've already found a workaround.

Then there's the back bumper touching the exhaust problem. I was thinking I could just take it to a muffler shop and have them do what it takes.
