Roush Saleen series IV or Vortech T trim?

I'm going to go S/C'd this summer. I have been loooking at a couple of kits. I like the mongoose vortech T trim kit from MPH, since it comes with everything i need and includes Tim's tune. That will run about $4000 with the t trim upgrade. But then for the sake of keeping it orginal and looking great under the hood, i am wanting the saleen series IV. I know i can hit 400/400 rwhp/tq with the vortech kit. Can i hit that number with the series IV with a safe tune also with the out of the box kit from haneymotorsports.com? I think that kit is $4295.

Just so you are aware, a saleen supercharger and a T trim are miles apart.

A t is capable of 20+lbs. and at 400 rwhp is will be barely tapped, where' if the saleen charger won't be far from max at that point.
