30# should be good to around 400RWHP...I think spreadman maxed his @ 420RWHP.
If this were a N/A car I'd agree with you, but 30's won't cut it for a forced induction car making 400rwhp. Keep in mind, the BSFC for a with forced induction is higher than an N/A or nitrous car. You're looking at about 95% duty cycle (or higher) at that level with 30lb/hr injectors which is way out of the injectors efficiency range. 36lb/hr injectors should be minimum, with 39-42lb/hr injectors being ideal.

.....and if Spreadman used the injectors that came with the Paxton based Mongoose kit, they should have been 42lb/hr injectors, not 30's (if memory serves)

My FRPP eaton kit came with the 30lb'ers and 190lph fuel pump also....I did the calculations of expected HP #'s and the 30's were maxed so i sold them for like $150 and also sold the pump in favor of 42lbers and a 255lph fuel pump.
Those AED kits are nice....i would definately buy one of those.

I agree 100%...you dont want them at or near 100% duty cycle...I was just stating that so people would know that the 30#s arent good for the advverage S/C car. I would go 42# minimum on ANY S/C app.

So now that you've had time to pilot the new Vette for a couple of weeks, do you miss that Stang at all?
Everynowandthen I will see a yellow GT and I get a little sad. I do miss all the work done to her, the noise, the holy crap acceleration, the stereo....yeah. I miss it.

But the vette is a new project. Love it so far. On a whole different level. Handling and torque is amazing.
