salvaged title how does this work in california?

im looking for a new car to get arround and looks cool and i seen this mustang on ebay and is near me. i would like to buy it because it looks in good condition but the title is salvaged. i never had a salvaged car how does it work? can i register it? if not whats required and how much will it cost? also does the insurance cost more because its salvaged?

California sucks for cars, come to texas, don't even bother having it inspected or registered, lol

im assuming the car currently is in good condition...but the car was in a wreck, the clear title then turned into a salvage title, someone repaired the car and had it inspected by the state. the car is fine, but is worth quite a bit less than a car with a clar title.

Insurance companies WILL NOT typically put full coverage on the vehicle, and Banks/Credit Unions/ etc. WILL NOT give out a loan on salvage or rebuilt vehicles.
