I've also included Exhaust/Intake ratios for folks considering N/A vs. Boosted apps:

Head.200.300.400.500.600
AFR 185 (CNC “Street”)0.830.840.810.760.74
AFR 205 (Renegade)0.890.900.840.770.75
AFR 220 (Comp CNC)0.830.770.810.750.72
TFS 11R 190 (Street Ported)0.800.730.720.740.75
TFS 11R 205 (Comp CNC)0.790.720.710.710.71
TFS 11R 227 (CNC-Profiled)0.790.720.690.690.68
Edelbrock Performer (Roller Cam 1.90/1.60)0.800.740.700.690.70
Edelbrock Performer (Roller Cam 2.02/1.60)0.830.770.710.680.69
Edelbrock E-CNC (Roller Cam 2.02/1.57)0.810.810.770.730.72
Edelbrock Victor Jr (Roller Cam 2.05/1.60)0.850.750.710.710.67

Higher E/I (≈75–85%) = stronger exhaust side relative to intake. Helpful for smaller cams/headers and many N/A street combos. (AFR 185/205 lean this way at mid lift.)

Lower E/I (≈68–72%) = intake-dominant head. Often fine (even desirable) for boosted combos or bigger cams/headers where you can add exhaust duration/area. (TFS 11R 205/227 trend here.)

Mid-lift behavior matters for street torque: note how AFR heads carry ~81% at .400", while the big TFS 227 is ~69%—great intake, needs cam/header to support exhaust.

I can't tell which of those are which.

Just part numbers in the left column that don't tell me what they are.

What I mean is:

When you say, "AFR 185" people know what you're talking about.

WTF is a #61629, #61625, #61699?

Ok

I don't know of their pieces vs. another but if we pick out the common ones for roller setup, that would probably be good.

On the AFR 220 head, from what I see on AFR website the .700 flow is 325 cfm on the Intake and 249 cfm on exhaust under their "Street Flow Chart" whatever that means.
I use this cylinder head on my race engine, except it has the 58cc combustion chamber. My current cam has .715 lift on intake, .740 lift exhaust
I just got a different cam that is going in this Winter. It has .770 lift on the Intake and .771 on exhaust. The duration and LSA are different as well. Obviously the Intake/Exhaust opening/closing points changed.

Another difference I found on the heads I have and what was posted.
I have a 2.100 Intake valve and a 1.570 exhaust valve.
I wonder if the posted 220 head is an earlier production or what, as it is listed with the 2.08 intake and 1.60 exhaust.
Maybe it is the 65cc head that gets the different valve sizes, IDK.
Also shows available cc's of either 58cc or 72cc, does not list a 65cc combustion chamber size

Once this thread is done it'll be a great source of info.
Then next is a cam thread, and then a cam with head thread, and then, and then, and then.
Dude where's my stang.

I like this idea. It might take some of the Voodoo out of arm-chair cam selection.

I did not include flat-tappet or obsolete heads they don't sell anymore.

How do the AFR 185 pedestal mount rocker, emissions legal heads compare to the non emissions 185’s? The pedestal mount 185’s are part #1492.

Can you add them to the chart?

I don't see any update at all on the AFR 220 head. It is exactly the same as yesterday.

You are correct. I made changes to the table [here] and [later] overwrote the whole table with the old values in it.

I'll update it again tonight.
