SCT gurus, come on in!

Ok I have a 02 GT that i swapped an 03 mach 1 engine into using the original GT computer and wiring harness. I had the car tuned with an sct x3. On the third dyno pull during tuning the sct tuner crapped out, so my tuner gave me a new sct tuner. Because of this i lost my "stock" GT tune and now my "STOCK" tune is a 313 hp tune for the mach motor .


My question is, I have changed the gears in the rear to a 4.30 set (and 31 spline goodies). I want to change the speedo calibration so i can drive the car without racking up a million miles and actually know how fast i'm going. Since the tuner is "unlocked" if i plug it in it shows a "mustang GT" and then will let me do "custom" tune or Pre programmed tune. On the pre programmed tune i can change the speedo calibration to accomidate the 4.30's, however i'm unsure whether uploading the tune will change any other settings or not? If i don't change any other settings will it be ok or will it re tune the computer for a "GT" with 4.30's?

Just trying to get by till i can get some new tires and then the money/time to take her back to my tuner and let him do some magic with the nitrous kit i installed 6 months ago and haven't been able to use

Well I think i just answered my question. I tried it out and i'm pretty sure it tuned it as a gt becuase it ran kinda funny.

I wish there was a way to fix this damn speedo without needing $200 for a retune!
