is the xcal 3 unlocked and does it have the lifetime free bama tuning offer

Bama's lifetime tunes aren't transferable to another owner or car. You could still use the tuner assuming the previous car had been returned to stock but you would have to pay american muscle $150 to enroll your car to the tunes for life program.

I'll give you $150 for the tune if you still have it. I'll have to spend another $150 for the tunes for life that 300 which is a deal but, 230 plus the 150 is 380 which is pretty much cost of new one. Let me know if your still around.
