Seafoam and Plugs

I don't think it would matter one bit. I would do the plugs and then the Seafoam since the engine should be cool when the plugs are removed. I've had better results when using Seafoam on a warm engine.

autolite 764, or the NGKtr6? someone will have to confirm the NGK, but i know the autolites are 764s

copper top and bottom. they spark harder, and better for performance the platinum... they do wear out sooner, 30-50k instead of 100k, and they cost about 1/2 as much.

Without an sort of power adder, just go with a set of AWSF-32C's. The copper plugs will burn cleaner than the factory platinum ones and will perform marginally better as a result....not to mention they're about 1/3 of the price. The only advantage the platinum plugs have over the copper units, is their long life. Platinum plugs are good to 160,000km and copper should be changed about every 50,000km.
