It's in talk, because the majority of posts in that thread are people saying "Seafoam FTW!" or "I love this stuff!" .. that's fine a few times, but hundreds of posts like that in a tech thread just negate its usefulness.
did the Seafoam thing today on my stang (used vacuum port on back of plenum and stuck and long piece of vacuum tubing there to use as a sort of straw) worked great but I got pulled over cause of all the smoke pouring out of the pipes. He didn't give me a ticket cause when I explained what I had done. But you can definately feel/tell the difference. I decided to try it on my fathers old Isuzu pickup POS. HOLY CRAP! it completely smoothed out the trucks idle and now it purrs like a kitten. SEAFOAM FTW!
He pulled you over for smoke? Dang, if cops pulled people over for that where I live half the town would be pulled over. Only difference is in their car it's oiling burning
