I recently bought 2000 mustang seats for my 1988 mustang and I installed them and they are a perfect fit but i have some problems with them. 1> They are way too heavy. and 2>they sit at a perfect height for me but when my dad sits in them his head goes above the s&w cage I have in it. .I think the stock seats would also make him sit to high for it. Hes a little above 6ft and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to mount them lower. Or I have plastic racing seats from summit that i could use but i have no idea how to mount them. Or are there any other type seats like corbeau that sit lower? Any help would/suggestions be great.
