Mine does the same darn thing. Drove me up the wall with the seatbelt edge cutting into my neck near the shoulder. Was hitting the wife in the exact same spot as well. I'm sure I could adjust the seat to fix this, but I've got the seat right where I like it.
I opted for a set of custom leather seatbelt pads, the belt still rides right in the area between my shoulder and neck. Though a soft padded piece of leather is 100x's better than the edge of the belt.
I did see one person that picked up the free ford seat belt extenders for + size people. It moves the shoulder belt about 3-4 inches towards the door.
