Seating EBC Green Stuff pads?

Does anyone know or have the recommended procedure for seating or breaking-in new EBC Greenstuff pads? I just installed a set up front with new disks, but no procedure was included with the pads.

I've tried E-mailing EBC, but no response yet. Can't find a phone #on their website. Curious if anyone knows their recomended procedure or what seating routine you folks prefer-
