Can someone remind me of the seats from later year stangs that will bolt into my 65 with minimal fuss? Were they 68-69 or the 70-73 seats? Also do any of these recline? I want to get better seats but I like how modern seats recline.. Thanks for any assistance!

65-98 Ford car seats are all the same, swap on the vintage tracks and go. 2dr seats are the only ones that fold for rear seat access, keep that in mind. 99+ are the same deal, but they will sit a little differently.

I like these seats take a look not original but a good choice IMHO.

recline?

I mean seats that can recline back a little... One thing i dont like about the 65 is that they are set by a bolt that you can screw in to change the angle of the back part of the seat, i like adjusting it to read the paper on lunch etc... The old style seats wont adjust at all.. Do any of the older stangs?

That's a list of seats people have used. Anybody that has something not in there...please add it.
