Well after messing with shaking down/trouble shooting/fixing diff. aspects of the new combo I think I finaly have it running correct

I just drove the car from my house to my mothers to sign up to take this exit exam (some kind of gen. knowledge test for grads) on the net (I am not online yet at my house) and taking a break with writing my final paper/stud. for finals.

idles alittle high still @ about 900rpm's but with the cam I have I knew that was going to happen. part throt is fine smooth, I pulled out on a 4lane road and hit the throt at about 2-3k rpms until about 4-4500rpms and was spinning a good bit (alot more than when I first took it out or like it has in the past) slowly shifted into 2nd at 2,500-3,000 it just started to kick sideways and spin and go sideways. Then I slowly shifted into 3rd and not realy at WOT but it was still movin.

I know I posted something simm. to this when I first got the car up and running and have been down about how it has been so far. However, let me tell you it feels like a diff. car now. I do plan to go to the same dyno soon to make sure its not just me, and also go to the track again. It will prob. be sometime in the next month though at the earliest though.

I just wanted to get away from the problem solving thread and give thanks to everyone who read, replied, gave info/support. Again a big thanks to Tmoss and Thumper who I want nothing more than to get some good numbers for all the help they have given me, also to Grady (final5.0) who is one of the greatest helps with the tweecer for us 94-95-ers.

Thats good news Greg

Its great to see that you've run down all of those nit pikin little probs that can sometimes pop up when you do a big upgrade like you just got through doin on your car.

Time to get your Tweecer to work twistin on the Spark & Fuel knobs for all the power you can find in that new combo

Later
Grady
