Autolite 764, NGK TR-55, Motorcraft AWSF-32C - these are all good copper plugs in the stock heat range (which is what you want, unless you are running a power adder). Copper conducts electricity better but won't last as long as some of the more expensive plugs available. But for performance, most guys (and gals!) use copper plugs.
I'd swap out your fuel filter first though...a clogged fuel filter can cause the symptoms you are describing. The filter is cheap (the Motorcraft is less than $10 bucks) and is very easy to swap (although it is underneath the car, in front of the gas tank). After you pull the old filter, try blowing thru it, then blow thru the new filter - you'll be amazed at how clooged these filters can get and you'll wonder how it could even run with a filter that clogged - trust me. I chg mine every 6 months now. You'll need a fuel line disconnect tool, also available at any auto parts store for just a couple bucks...

I am in need to change fuel filter but our ford wants $ 23.00 for it and none of the auto store carries motorcraft fuel filter. Where can I get them for less ?

DO NOT buy FRAM. Multiple threads have been made by 4.6L guys, and many have complained that FRAM cause poor performance. They switched to Motorcraft and there problems disappeared. Buy a Motorcraft. Murrays and Autozone carry them. Mine was 11.99 or 12.99.
