Just did a search on this and WOW. Do they make a dummy pulley where the ac goes, instead of moving the ps up to the ac location?? Wouldn't that make everything a lot simpler If they do, and suppose the smog pulley fell off also, what size belt would be needed (or was there a diagram on that one?). I'll go back an look.

Yep seen that diagram lots of times in search. But to answer ? number 1 does anybody make a dummy pulley for the ac

I'm looking at the diagram of the belt routing's ,,, and I got to ask,,
Don't it matter which way the water pump spins? looks like it's going two different directions to me

Why wouldn't you want to move power steering up and create more space?? That dummy pulley is just somthing else to go wrong.

Dummy pulley is equal to the cost of ac relocate kit and new belt.

A pulley is just another part to fail. The point of deletes is to remOve parts...not add them.
