What length belt for this set up????????????????????????

And, wont it hit the bypassed smog pulley?

I did this one night and went through 8 belts before i found the right one.

ok well since this thread is back from the dead, i'll make a couple comments. as far as rubbing on the smog pully, i don't know. mine is removed. i am running a 72.5 inch belt right now, but its a little long. tensioner is almost out of its range. i don't think they make a 72" belt (what 2 stores told me), and i'm not about to buy another belt. i have 3 brand new belts that are sitting around because i cant return them. the aluminum pullies leave aluminum all over the belt . The 3g pully is almost the same as my underdrive pully that i had on before, didn't really affect belt length

It shouldn't, but I don't have a smog pump so I never really thought about it.
