A friend of mine owns a 99 GT with 105K miles on it. Approximately 3 weeks ago he had a new mufflers and an X-Pipe installed (without cats). Just the other day his service engine light came on and hasn't gone off since. Could this be due the the new exhaust components? What can be done to correct this?
