My light was going off and on for a few weeks now and i got the code pulled P0133 Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit Slow Response - Bank No. 1. My question is I had to replace the gromet on the gas tank because it was leaking. Now after i replaced that a few days later the light went off do you think having that leak could have set the light off or should i be replacing the o2 sensor?

If I get you right... after replacing the gromet, the light went away?? Have you tried resetting the comp. and pulling codes again? If you think gromet was the cause of the P0133 code, and you fixed it, then it should not show when you pull the codes again.

I havent reset the computer since the replace of the gromet. The light is out now will it still pull the code with the light out?

Some codes are stored in CM (constant memory) while others are KOER (key on engine running) or KOEO (key on engine off). If you reset your comp. and the SEL light returns then the replacement of the tank Gromet did not solve your issue with the O2 sensor.
