My "service engine soon" dash light just lit up yesterday under normal driving conditions. I looked it up in the owners manual and it says that this light indicates a problem with the smog equipment. What is the most common problem that you guys have run into. Im running 89 octane and it's a roush stage 2, if that means anything. Thanks in advance.

Nah, the light could mean anything not just smog equipment. There is a trouble code stored in the car's computer. Take it to AutoZone, get the code read for free, write it down, post it in this thread, we will help you figure out the cause.
