car feels like its trying to catch up with itself big gap from pushing gas pedal and actually picking up speed, when go 15-30 mph have to press pedal almost to floor to pick up speed and at that point it kicks down then takes off, idle is really good, no misfires at idle or while driving , have not experienced loss of gas mileage and all fluids are full
i did a fuel pressure test 32 idle 42 wot, checked fpr vacuum off it jumps 10 psi like it should.
koeo test no codes 111
koer test only stupid code was from not turning OD on and off
cylinder balance test all pass ran twice
car has no low end torque i know its an aode but feels like i lost 100 hp in the last 50 miles.
the only thing i can think of is maf or tps, car has no cats so cant be that

I like your plan. Clean the MAF and IAT (both play into AODE performance in a large way). You can do a dynamic sweep test of the TPS as you suggested.

Good luck.

My first guess would be the typical MAF along with it's brothers and sisters, sensor-wise... But have you considered fuel filter? I know you said no loss in gas mileage, but that's a cheap fix if it's the culprit.

fuel filter was just recently changed and the one i was replacing wasn't even bad, just thought id do it with the tune up
i cleaned maf and iat no change but im still not ruling them out completely
what about o2 sensors, although if it is i should see it in my mpg or have misfires of some type i would think and no rich smell when warm or anything
car does have slight exhaust leak at collector on drivers side which causes a little popping when cold at idle goes away after about 5 min

maf and tps effect torque converter lock up times dont they?
i swear thats what it feels like, no slipping but a big delay in tc lockup time
like i stomp on gas pedal the engine revs up then tranny thinks about it for a min and say ok im ready to go now, because at 60-65mph i have almost instant response from hitting gas to speeding up

so my multimeter died so i couldn't do a any real tests on the sensors, but i did unplug the maf and took it for a drive, car started right up like always. idle was was normal, pulled out of driveway and at every stop sign when trying to take off it would stutter and try to stall for a split second but get this i punched it, it bogs for sec then lit the tires up car went sideways, smoke rolling, huge smile on face went home plugged it back in and the power was gone again.

so i am pretty sure its maf related. cant believe its not throwing code though
i have been using the crc maf cleaner and it doesn't look dirty but it never really did, am i doing it wrong?

When you disconnect the MAF, it shuts off input from a handful of sensors and adaptations. For example, it shuts off the EGR, so if you're having an issue with the EGR staying open when it should not (which would wipe performance out), this should not happen with the MAF disconnected.

You could be right though. The MAF might be out of whack a bit but not out of absolute spec.

If your DMM functions again, you can watch MAF voltage while accelerating to see what it's doing. At idle, it should be about 1.0 V (plus or minus about 0.20V) and increase from there.
