Got my Global West Sub-frame Connectors welded in yesterday. I removed my custom one peice 3/8" steel fuel line I put in a couple years ago because I ran it right next to the front sub-frame. When I got the car back in my garage up on jack stands, I had a hard time getting the fuel line back in. I had to weave it through the front suspension, driver side SFC, exhaust and rear axle, Whew! I scratched it some, but managed to not kink it.

Here is a pic of the Export brace and MonteCarlo bar:

I have to get gas back in the tank so I can take it for a spin to check the ride.

Nice!

Are the Global West SFCs jackable? I know on the late model stangs that some of the tubular SFCs are not jackable.

I would think so. Geez, they are a heck of a lot thicker than any metal under there! And they attatch to the sturdiest areas of the car. I probably wouldn't put a jack under the middle of a SFC to lift the whole side car, but it certainly seems strong enough near the ends.

Normally, I jack the front by the cross member, put the jackstands on the sub frames, and the back by the center of the axle and put the jackstands on the axle tubes.

Global West usually makes beefy stuff, so I would imagine they are pretty strong. If they weren't then I would expect them to have all kinds of disclaimers saying "do not raise car with subframe connectors".
