SFC question

Just a quick question about weather to have my car on the ground or if its ok to have on the post lift when my SFC are put on. I posted a question last week about my rear end noise that started after I put on my SFC and got a couple different answers. Thanks all

When install subframe connectors it is a good idea to have the suspension loaded. If you use a post lift it is ok as long as the car is resting on the suspension and not being lifted by the subframe.

Thanks just called my mechanic and he confermed that the suspension was loaded. Thanks
