Shaker 500 aux problem

I am the proud owner of a 2006 mustang, i absolutely love this car! I have the shaker 500 system in tn the car and i really like the sound quality. The only problem is there is no aux port for like a ipod. On the head unit there is a aux button which confuses me. So do i need to buy some kind of adapter? Any help would be great!

Seems like you'd need something like this:

When you push the AUX button, does it say "No Aux"? Mine does, but I have the stock stereo.
