So as i was removing my dashboard to install my new red on we can across this tag. It reads 9 18 88. My car is an 89 GT. So i think that must be a birthday!

Many cars are built the year prior to their advertised date. I'm fairly sure my car was built in '84.

Back in The Day, like when Foxes were built, the model year production changed over September 1. So a Mustang built between September and December of, say 1991, was a 1992 model.

if you got the dash out i would replace the heater core while you have it out...cuz eventually its gonna go and ull be doing the job all over again
