shift boot???

I was curious if it was possible to change out the shifter boot from my stock gt to the ones in the 03-04 cobras? I c ant figure out how to get the boot off the bottom of the shift bezel?? Any clues?

unscrew the knob on the shifter. Hook your fingers under the bezel and pull up. It should come off after the clips release. Then just remove the boot. You may have to remove a few bolts...i can't remember very well...but after you remove the bezel you should be able to figure it out.
