Ok I just got my 03 cobra and its REALLY hard to shift gears. I haven't beat on it and its really bad. Like when my 93 ponys T-5 went out. The car is all stock and only 30k on it?

It is a fairly common complaint with these cars. Try adjusting your clutch. It is a simple proceedure. You will find how to do it in your owners manual. The best way to smoother shifting is to install a clutch quadrant and firewall adjuster. Good luck...

I hope its that easy.

BTW its when I push the clutch in it hard to put in to any gear. And to back up I got to fight it to get it in. But I do have to put the clutch to the floor(really hard) to get it to go in.

My car is near IMPOSSIBLE to get in reverse, almost have to double-fist it if you're being lazy LOL (a girl definately couldn't get my car in reverse on her own, its that hard LOL). I have a clutch quadrant and adjustable cable, dont know how to use them sadly but i guess i should give it a shot

Oddly enough I see you have an MGW short throw too.... I had no problem getting my t-56 into reverse when I had a tri-ax and as soon as I put on the MGW its the same thing blackened. Have to nearly two hand that thing to throw it into reverse. Supposedly a tech from MGW is going to call me tomorrow about it... I'll let you know if I find anything.
