Would be very complicated as the SHO is a FWD car. You'd need to find some other transmission that would fit, right it up, etc. etc..
As pointed out, there's no point. The SHO motor was decent for its time, but not so much anymore. In fact MANY V6s nowadays make more power and more power-per-displacement than the SHO motor. 220hp isn't all that impressive for a 3+L motor anymore.
A split-port 3.8L would probably be just about as fast in the Mustang anyway. And with a bit of work, the 3.8L would pretty easily outperform the SHO motor anyway.
