What is the typical life for rear shocks. I have the Tokicos for lowered cars now and they may have 50k miles or so on them by now. I don't remember exactly when I got them.

Since I got the 18x10s in the back the drivers side rear is rubbing going up driveways and I was wondering if it could be a worn shock issue. I was thinking of replacing them with the Bilstein HDs but wasn't sure if a worn shock would cause rubbing like that.

FWIW, when I pulled the stock shocks at 30k, the shock bushings were shot.

The rubbing is probably caused by insufficient backspacing. Try installing some wheel spacers for the rear.

Dont the wheel spacers push the tires outwards? Its rubbing on the lip of the fender where it folds under. I tried to find someone to roll the fenders but nobody seems to do it.
