I appreciate the recommendation, I will definitely give them a try when I get my parts altogether.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAH take a look at any camero site. Hes done thousands of dollars of damage on many cars INCLUDING my dads detomaso pantera. That hack cant find his way through an engine if he had the god damn manual right in front of him. Stop trying to give someone business that does ****ty work.

Steve at First Performance is a hack and a scammer DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HIM.

Where is ADS located and or phone#? As far as 1st performance never had a problem there. Steve install several items(subframes, nitrous system). Hell you can take yuor car to the best shop anywhere and someone will have had problems with them.
Just a matter of listening to all comments then make a choice.

Hey....comming to you from Indy....planning on moving to Phoenix within a years time or less....hope to meet some of you guys....and maybe help as a friend to work on your cars. I have built my own magazine centerfold cars with motors making over 600 + hp (push rod and modular) on pump gas and also do transmissions, gears etc...but only as a friend. How is the cruise seen there? I was there for a week last year during July and fell in love with it and knew I needed to move to a hot place with a vertical reference (mountains). I plan on maybe stopping by for a week in June before the move to scoutt living places.

Let me know where I should go to see cars cruise or race on the weekends!!

Here are my toys ....if you see me rolling around say high....

Emmission question....on my coupe I put on 99 Explorer GT40p heads and they were not tapped from the factory for air injection. Can I pass the emmisisions there as long as my gas tank pressure tests, I have the evap container and cats with a lien tune. An air pump if it was on there would not hook up as is ...unless I remove the heads and tap them for air injection.

when did the start the OBDII? if thats what it has, they'll just pull codes..
if not, they probably wont notice... but dont leave any lines hanging loose.. they'll fail you for that..

the I/M 240 test is what we have.. do a search for it on the net.. pretty strict test

scottsdale pavillions is the biggest hangout..
also have 2 dragstrips... one one each end of town.. racing all year

OBDII was started in 96....so then I can pass no problems on my orange 96 vert ....but the 99 explorer gt40 ps are on my 91 coupe still driven by a 91 computer and exlectrical system...so it will be held to pre obd standards....but can I explain that the motor is out of a 99 and dosent have air injection via air pump as long a sit passes any sniffers and has no loose lines

doubt it... they'll look for the air pump as well as cats..
doesnt mean it has to function though
probably figure a way to hang the lines from the back of the heads..

they flunked me because I had a screw plugging a line.. pulled it off and put a cap on and it was fine...

the smog places here are a joke... 99% of the people that work there are idiots.. I've had them rev my car in neutral while being tested.. pretty much flunked the car.. being carbed..

Law, don't go with AMP they suck ass. If you need parts call beau at mental addiction. He is a really good guy. As for install I would try 1st performance. I have a personal mechanic that does my work. The only thing he doesn't do is AODE. But he is the master of gear swaps. If you are interested just pm me. He is pretty cheap and fast too.

I'm sorry I have tried numerous times to give my service to 1st Performance, but they never seem to know what is going on. I brought my car in one time because someone hit me on my door. Asked them if they could fix it for me (told them I heard about them from here, and he was a good service man) he said sure would run me abour 2G's. I was like "F that" took it to a friend of mine who used to work with BigOTires and got the door fixed for 200$. Other times at this place, I asked about general maintance for my car and he said that they normally don't do that and turned around and started talking to other people...****t-y place if ya' ask me.
