Shopping for a Intake Manifold

Hey guys, looks like i may need a new intake manifold... So i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? Right now all the car has is a holley 570 avernger, and i am going to put in a cam maybe new heads, bbk longtubes, bbk x-pipe, and flowmaster catback.

Sorry. just using it for street, a summer daily driver that i can still rip around in.

I assume you want to keep it carbureted?

I just saw an ad recently for an "easy" efi conversion. If you wanted to do that, I'll look for the article. Don't really know much about Carburetor intakes...

personally, id go with an edelbrock performer 289. or a weiand. nothing high rise or single plane. dual plane is best for street. Im saying this because me and my brother have tried high rise single plane, low rise single and dual plane. and the best one was the edelbrock performer. We did it on his 71 coupe with a 302.

Thanks for the replies, the edelbrock performer was one that i had been looking at, think i'll pick one up when i get back into town!
