you cant bypass your a/c and ps pump because there would be no pulleys on that side of the engine. because the belt wraps around the water pump and crank in different directions, you have to have at least one pulley on each side. since the a/c pump doesnt produce and drag at all when the a/c isnt on, i would just bypass the ps pump and the smog pump. those are the two pulleys that draw the most hp anyways, especially the ps pump
that site says that by bypassing the ps pump and smog pump they took .2 off the quarter mile on a stock motor and that just bypassing the smog pump did nothing. which means that the .2 off the quarter mile came completely from bypassing the ps pump. does it really draw that much hp? how much time could you shave off the quarter with a built motor? more or less?
