Hey guys have a problem, when my coilovers are all the way down, my shocks bottom out. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this? Does anyone make a shorter shock for out cars?
well the coil overs use the shock, the sleeve just slide over them. I am talking about the rear shocks. When the car is on the ground, the shock is literally bottomed out, no travel.
shorter spring retainer would help but I need at least 2-3 inches of clearance. I guess fabbing up different shock mounts would be an option, maybe just weld a few pieces of thick metal together? Where could I get a shorter spring retainer?
