Do they make shorter struts and shocks for the 99-04 GTs? I thought I read somewhere that people were using fox body struts and shocks on lowered 99-04 GTs. Are the fox body struts a shorter strut than the 99-04 GTs?
You may want to run fox fronts if you are dropped 2" or more. I'm running them - originally with H&R SS vert springs, now with Roush springs. No complaints.
If they are non-adjust I wouldn't recommend them because they'll be tuned for the wrong weight car.
Honestly though, I never hear about anyone bottoming out their shocks on here, regardless of what springs they use.
